Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Viva Events. By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Business Details
Viva Events (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides event styling, decor hire and setup services primarily within Sydney, NSW.
2. Quotes & Bookings
- All quotes are estimates only and valid for a limited time.
- A booking is confirmed only once the client accepts the quote in writing and the required deposit is received.
- Dates are not secured until payment is received.
- Quotes may change if event details, venue access, timing or scope changes.
3. Payments & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required unless otherwise required by law.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation or refusal to set up.
4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- You are entitled to remedies for major failures.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under ACL.
These Terms & Conditions comply with Australian Consumer Law and NSW Fair Trading requirements.
