Viva Events provides event styling, decoration and setup services for weddings, engagements, corporate events, baby showers, cultural events and custom celebrations.
All prices provided are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on event details, venue location, event size, travel, setup time and custom requirements.

Customers should confirm parking, loading zones, lifts, stairs and access paths before the event. Extra costs may apply if access is difficult or delayed.
If lighting or powered equipment is required, customers must confirm power access and venue safety rules. Unsafe conditions may prevent setup of some items.
Customers may be responsible for damage, loss or misuse of Viva Events equipment, décor or hired items during the event.
Outdoor events may be affected by weather. Customers should arrange a backup indoor or covered option. Weather issues do not automatically qualify for refund.
Viva Events may use event setup photos for portfolio, website or social media purposes where appropriate. Customers may request privacy before the event.
